The Creative Director
Nate Rockett

The work
Nate Rockett is a Kansas City–based director, cinematographer, and creative director — and the founder of Motion Co. For nearly a decade he’s built a body of work that moves between polished brand commercials and story-first filmmaking.
He went freelance in 2016 and never looked back, and has led creative direction at FEWDM since 2017 — content, storyboards, and running shoots end to end. Along the way he’s directed spots for Nespresso, Under Armour, R.A.D, and Liquid Mobile, shooting on the Blackmagic Ursa Mini 12K paired with Cooke S7/i primes.
In 2024 he wrote, directed, and starred in The Kings of KC — an original comedy caper — proving the same eye that sells a product can carry a story.
